MyCloud MCP Connector
Ask your AI assistant about your MyCloud Fulfillment orders, in plain language.
What it does
MyCloud Fulfillment is an order fulfillment service for online sellers in Thailand. This connector links an AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT or another client that speaks MCP — to a merchant's own MyCloud OMS account, so the assistant can answer questions about that account's sales orders, stock arrivals and returns without anyone opening the order list and filtering it by hand.
It reads. It cannot create, change or cancel anything in MyCloud OMS, and every tool it publishes declares itself read-only so the assistant never has to guess.
Before you connect
- A MyCloud Fulfillment OMS account with access to at least one shop.
- Nothing else. There is no API key to generate, no plan to upgrade, and no setup inside MyCloud OMS.
Connecting
- In your AI client, add a connector and give it this address:
https://mcp.mycloudfulfillment.com/mcp - A MyCloud sign-in page opens. Enter the email and password you already use for MyCloud OMS. The page is in Thai and English, and it tells you which application is asking and where it will send you back.
- The next screen lists the shops your member account belongs to. Approving gives the connection access to all of them.
You are returned to your AI client, and the tools below become available. Authorizing again from the same application replaces the previous connection, and the old one stops working.
What you can ask
| You ask | It answers with |
|---|---|
| Which shops can you see? | The shops this connection covers. |
| How many orders came in yesterday? | Outbound orders (MC) matching a date range, state, SKU, order number, tracking number or customer name. |
| Where is order MC2608180135426? | One outbound order in full: its items, its state, and the recipient's delivery details. |
| Export the last 7 days of orders as Excel. | A spreadsheet of a date range, one row per line item, as a download link or as a table in the conversation. |
| Which inbound orders are still in progress? | Inbound orders (IO) and return orders (RE), filtered by state. |
| Did the warehouse receive everything on IO2608190135653? | One arrival or return in full, with what was declared against what was received. |
Ask in Thai or in English. Every answer names the shop it came from, so an answer about the wrong shop is visible rather than silent.
Limits
- 30 days. Searches and exports that filter by date reach back 30 days. An older range is refused rather than quietly returning less.
- 100 rows a search. A longer list says it was cut short instead of implying it found everything.
- 1,000 orders an export. Above that the answer says how many matched, so you can narrow the dates.
- Inbound orders and returns have no date filter. They are browsed by state and opened by document number. MyCloud OMS accepts a date there and returns everything anyway, so the connector does not offer a filter that would quietly lie.
- A download link lasts 7 days, and stops working sooner if the connection is revoked or you lose access to the shop.
If something looks wrong
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| "Too many failed sign-in attempts" | Five wrong passwords lock that email for 15 minutes. The credentials are not necessarily wrong — wait rather than requesting new ones. |
| You are asked to sign in again | The connection has expired, or MyCloud OMS stopped accepting the token it issued us. Authorizing again restores it. |
| A date range is refused | It reaches further back than 30 days. See Limits. |
| A download link no longer works | It is older than 7 days, or the connection no longer reaches that shop. Ask for the export again. |
| The answer is about the wrong shop | Every answer names its shop. Name the shop you meant and ask again. |
| A shop you expected is missing | The shop list comes from MyCloud OMS, not from anything stored here. A shop you joined recently appears within 15 minutes. |
For IT administrators
- Sign-in is OAuth 2.0 over HTTPS. Your password is passed once to MyCloud OMS to be checked and is never written to our database or to any log.
- Which shops a request may read is decided by MyCloud OMS on every request, not by anything stored here. A shop the member account does not belong to is refused.
- No order, customer or shipment record is stored. Each question is answered from MyCloud OMS live, and export files are rebuilt on demand rather than kept.
- The MyCloud OMS token is encrypted before it reaches the database, and the tokens we issue are stored only as SHA-256 fingerprints.
- Nothing from the conversation is read. The connector does not request or store chat history, conversation summaries, assistant memory or uploaded files.
- The service runs in Singapore. The privacy policy sets out what is collected, what is sent to your AI provider, and how long each record is kept.

Telling us the shop name and roughly when you asked lets us find the matching audit record, which is usually enough to explain an answer you did not expect.
